Ya. My fren s8 using naked got one tiny scratch at the bottom screen. Mine luckilly still ok though. Last time s7 edge all time naked but not a bit of scratch found. I think s8 screen quite "manja"..

My thought on s8 earphones. Note that I also own another RM400+ AKG earphones so some expectation will be there since some claim it cost 99$ price value similar price range.

My honest opinions (please don't shoot me XD)
Sound clarity: 7/10, some how the volume is slightly lower compare other individual sold earphones, but has OK sound clarity.
Sound bass: 4/10, bass is definitely lacking for bass lovers.
Noise isolation: 7/10, okay.
Comfortable: 8/10, can immediately notice this earphone is quite comfortable to wear with its design.
Build design & quality: 7/10, plus point on tangle free design wire up to split section but have to minus marks due to rest of wire using rubber and confirm wear and tear won't last long same with my another AKG earphones.

Summary: Considering it is a earphones supplied together with phone the overall sound quality is noticeable better. Would say this is good earphones beside the sound bass and overall volume is really lacking for my personal taste.

thoughts on the AKG earphones?

im currently using Xiaomi Piston 3, havent opened the AKG yet..
if not much difference im not gonna open it..

this morning installed the blue honeycomb from slickwraps.
the blue looks better than previous black that used to install on Pixel/S7edge

spent time to trimmed the clear coat (case version) for top and bottom side.
although not perfect but good enough. at least can last while waiting for rev2 case version clear coat from mobile outfitters.

so now all my cases fit perfectly.
previously only compatible with free samsung clear case, samsung alcantara and carved case.
now ringke fusion, ringke onyx and spigen rugged armor fit perfectly.

some feedback on cases:

1. the alcantara case have the nicest feeling when holding it. buttons tactility very good. only concern perhaps it can get dirty pretty fast. decent protection though. at least when lay down phone on screen side, the case's lips can protect the phone's screen. my favorite.

2. carved is nice but with very poor button (power button) tactility which for me make overall user experience pretty poor. same case when happened for previous Pixel Carved case but for S7edge it was pretty good. decent protection.

3. ringke fusion - solid but slippery (oily hand). pretty good protection. one thing i dont like based on last experience, it can turn yellowish across the time, easy to get scratch at back side and kinda attract lint.

4. samsung free case. slim, slippery and decent.

5. spigen rugged armour and ringke black onyx; both felt solid, enough and good protection. ringke onyx corner side will have bigger lips compared to rugged armor thus need to further trimmed the clear coat. at least for me, preferred the ringke onyx over than spigen rugged armor. main reason, brushed looks and preferred the feeling when holding it. But the ringke tend to attract a little bit more lints compared to spigen

Hi all s8 users, I'm experiencing battery drain problem while charging either on wireless charger or cable.
I'm encountered the first charging problem on third day after using it. At first, it charge a bit slow compared to another s8 owned by my gf that we used to charged at the same time and usage just -4%. Then, my phone stuck at 83% and going down to 82% and up 83% repeatedly. After restarted my phone, it going well til 100%.
Today even worse, I left my phone charging overnight and after I got up I've found that my phone battery only at 90% and keeps draining no matter on wireless charging or original cable.
Does anyone encountered the same problem?
Need help here is there any solution?

I really love the 'separate app sound' function. Spotify BTed to my JBL Charge 3 while Whatsapp notifications sound off on the speaker phone. Uninterrupted music playback while not missing any notifications from whatsapp as well. Fantastic!

A few days still enjoying exploring the stock features on the Samsung. Maybe this time around I'm gonna keep it stock all the way without rooting and custom ROMing on it.
