Samsung Video is actually there on the phone already, only hidden. If you use any file explorer to play some video files then it will be played on Samsung Video.

Then you have to download the Samsung Video Library. It's like a file explorer but only for video. I'm using ES File Explorer Pro so it's kinda redundant. For the Video app itself it's actually hidden.

But every purchase should have invoice issued for that sale. It's actually wrong in legal terms not to issue an invoice, regardless of them selling below RRP or what. My opinion on this.
