sorry for the nop or repeated question coz i jz received my 1st mbb cc today.
wanna ask usually for the mbb cc statement release is on the day i activate the card or every 1st of the month? thx

last time i asked, there are a lot of dates for you to choose from smile.gif

3 6 8 12 14 18 21 24 26 28 EOM (end of month). there could be few more, cuz i asked these dates few years back.

hi, sorry again if the following question been ask many times ...

my maybank credit card statement date is on every month 12 sept, payment due date is on 2 oct.
the question is i shud pay statement balance after the statement date out?
or i need to clear it before payment due date on 2 oct?
can i call cs to request change either statement balance or payment due date date?

thx for advice.

May I ask why is my credit card 'available credit limit' is lower thn my 'total credit limit' amount even after I fully paid my statement balance & no outstanding balance?

Btw I got few installment is swipe by current card.
