can I apply supplementary card for distant family or in law
in this case my grandfather in law

would that be an issue as it is not my immediate nucleus family i.e my children or my parents

and secondly, is there a "standard practice" on this or differ from bank to bank

Is it common for card to be replaced (automatically) before it's expiration months.

For instance, my Maybank cc will expire in 05/25, but now is march and I cant tap card anymore

Received sms 2 days ago saying my new card is being posted.

"RM0 MBB: Your renewed Maybank Card(s) has been couriered to your billing address. Please disregard this SMS if you have received your card(s). Thank you."
