My OCBC card has been charged SST. I have not perform any transaction after I have been charged. I requested to cancel it, OCBC did cancel it, but insist that I need to pay the SST. They keep calling me and ask me to pay, I keep telling them the same thing. I thought if we never perform transaction after SST charged, we do not need to pay the SST?

My OCBC World Mastercard has been charged with annual fee RM388, there is one auto billing after the AF. I called in to request for an annual fee waiver, but they do not approve. Even I request to cancel now, I also need to pay the AF right? Any tip or trick I could try to waive the AF?
