Very normal if your application rejected by submit the application through Maybank M2U. Try email Maybank and someone will contact you ask you manually fill the form and submit the supporting doc to the email.

High rate to get approval.

Wonder is bank accepted application using SSM, bank statement for self-employed instead of EA, EPF?

Or their standard compulsory must see the EPF only? How self-employed get the credit card?

Some bank like Hong Kong and Shang Hai they diedie want EPF. Even you have latest BE.

They dont know EPF can ask someone who hv company or business to do it even you didn’t work there. Don’t know how they think.

Affin application still using manual key-in.
But what can see is they improved already. E-form for duo.

After I submitted the form. No email or reference number.

If I just bring supporting documents. I believe the branch will blur....

I think just a normal general email if not mistaken. Probably 1 week only response. Haha

Will the branch blur when we bring documents to them?

Their e-form not even ask us to choose the preferred branch(only preferred branch if you opt to collect the card from the branch).

Wonder how they pass our form to the branch and get our supporting documents.

I feeling that after we have submitted the e-form. It will disappear and no action taken. 🤣

That’s the reason cucikaki went to the branch and the staff totally blur. I have expected earlier.

So lazy to take my time to the branch for nothing. Hopefully they will get back to those who submitted the e-form with the reference number or pre-filled form. Then ask print the form, signature together with the supporting to the branch.

I just went to the nearest branch last 2 weeks and give their assistance branch manager some lectures because of their poor queue system... 3 counters, only one serving. Another 2 act very busy. One counter took 1hr to serve one customer.

No give queue number at all and someone cut my queue. I can't accept when saw people cut my queue after long waiting .

After settle all. They call me the next day, told me my NRIC photocopy blur I say I can send them the softcopy via WhatsApp so no need to take the time to visit your branch. Officer say cannot. They need to get my data from my IC.

The next day when I ready to drive, received call again say no need already. HQ accepts the 'blur' photocopy.

ops... 1990 era? Haha
My nearest branch dont have queue system also.

Where did you apply online? Just submit the eform? It is not enough, you are required to submit documents to the branch.

But the eform do not have clear instructions. Maybe after submitted the eform, have to wait the call from Affin. Then bring the form to nearest branch.
