Mine was approved last Tuesday. Called CS last Friday, no tracking number yet. Called again on Monday, still no tracking number. Asked again at MBB Facebook messenger, same reply. Called CS again on Tuesday (yesterday) morning, got tracking number. Tracked it online, status on Monday showed delivery failed on Monday coz premises was closed and notice was left in mailbox which is not true at all coz I was home all day and no poslaju postman came, and obviously no notice left in mailbox. Status on Tuesday (yesterday) showed item can be collected at Poslaju Brickfields. So I collected it yesterday afternoon, loooong queue coz apparently Poslaju did not deliver the items. One lady complained to the officer saying Poslaju should deliver and not ask customers to self-collect as postage was already paid.  Officer said they're short-staffed so if you're willing to wait, they'll deliver. If you want it fast, you self-collect 

pay min, escape late penalty, but kena interest charges for the balance. so, pay FULL.

overpay, yes, no issue. the excess will be in your cc and offset together with future spending.

errrmmm depends on how the installment works, overpaying doesnt affect the installment balance. usually, the original amount is split into installments and charged to your card monthly. the balance is left reserved, until next statement it charge the next installment amount.

RM5000-3000=RM 2000.
then the RM 250 will release month by month once you clear the oustanding balance.
But for sure they will lock the whole lump sump first.

after installment, balance CL rm2000. Full rm3000 reserved in the system.

each month u settle RM250 monthly installment, CL RM2000 + 250. reserved amount deduct RM250.

next month, +250 back to CL. reserved amount deduct rm250 again.
