Has anyone match their credit limit and credit card number in the eCCris record.

I notice my last 4 digits of SCB credit card doesnt match the number in eCCris.

Also, the credit limit for my Aeon credit card is not the same with the credit limit stated in my letter/online portal.

Hi, for OCBC user, if the statement date is 12th.

Then the transaction date is 9th, but posted on 11th.

Will i get the cashback on the statement date? Coz i know for Hong Leong essential, the cashback will be calculated for transaction up to 2 days before the statement date.

Noted. Hopefully the cashback is reflected in statement. Just wait and see. Transaction made on 9th. Posted today 11th.

Does anyone has experience requesting change of card number (hence the need to reissue a new card) without the need to pay RM50.

I was asking SCB last Friday and that they said if I believe my info has been compromised (especially when u sign up for Gym/Coway/Cuckoo they always photocopy your credit card front part) then you can request so for free of charge - the number will change too. Even there's never unauthorised charges on it.

Just drop my docs at branch. They completely blurrr ahahahah. They check system cant find my application. So end up i fill in manual form at the branch.
