1st time with them for BHP card, bad and slow application. that was back in 2018.
since then, i believe they've improved the card application process. During MCO, their staff contacted if wanna apply card/FD/services. So, i took the opportunity to apply the VS card as backup to Quantum Visa.
now, i'm asking the staff again to add Duo cards.

I say I can send them the softcopy via WhatsApp so no need to take the time to visit your branch. Officer say cannot. They need to get my data from my IC.
The next day when I ready to drive, received call again say no need already. HQ accepts the 'blur' photocopy.

Haha..seem like Affin really doing bad in their service. I do have bad experience with them as well.
Anyhow, the Duo cc cashback is something people could not denied it
