Hi, would like to ask about yalls opinion about credit card application.

I tried to apply my first cc which is Maybank Sopi card one with Maybank but rejected. I have car loan with mbb also, everymonth never miss payment. Monthly income 4k and already work for 22 years. loan only car, no other loan.

why ah meibenk reject my application?

i apply via email one, salary not in meibank but they didn't ask for bank statement. i call cs, cs said no use to reapply because need to wait 6 month before can apply new one. i ask why reject also dowan to answer. hahaha

I'll have a look at that CTOS record.. For DSR, after car loan deduction, still have 3K..

Maybank i only filled up basic applications form with the PDPA and FATCA form...

btw i just bought the CTOS repot, score at 700..

Hi guys, need some advice on MBB Credit Card.

I am currently holding Maybank Shopee Visa Platinum CC and been interested in applying the M2C (Gold/Plat). Annual income more than needed for both version of M2C. Can i just call the CS to add the M2C into existing my credit line since the credit limit will be shared anyway between the two cards. Or I need to submit all relavant documentation just like new cc application?

P/s : I received the approval for MBB Shopee CC along with my housing loan on end of November 2020.

Looking forward for any advice. Thank you in advance.

*new update : Latest update, I just call the MBB CS again..The officer said since i am existing MBB CC customer, can just directly add the M2C using Maybank2U. No need to fillin any more or submit any document. Both card will share same credit limit.

Have anyone used this method? Add new credit card using Maybank2U? Really appreciate it if someone can confirm this method of adding new card.

Currently having same issue as yours..I'm holding Maybank Ikhwan Mastercard Platinum, trying to add Maybank Ikhwan Visa Infinite via M2U since my salary has exceed the requirement needed, the application for credit appear on eccris on the same day but the next 4 day the application is gone . No rejection or approval sms received. I called the CS, they said currently in the midst of processing. But as far as I know, once the application in eccris is gone, it's mean rejected right?
