statement balance will not zero... it is there just to reflect how much your last statement is. your outstanding shows what you currently owes which should reflect the current active statement + statement balance if haven't paid...

anyone knows why bank cannot disclose why they reject my CL increase request?
I've contacted their representative but they state they cannot disclose the reason... Always cleared my statement on time... Provided prove of income increase... Don't have high commitment... Any other reasons that might cause CL increase rejection? I want to increase CL to increase my buying power... Thinking of changing to other bank that can provide higher CL... |
