If you haven’t logged in for some months then your account will have this issue, have to call CS and they will unblock for you. I forgot how long have to log in once to avoid this problem. I think 6 months if I’m not mistaken.

Was just wondering, for local banks like (HLB, AM, CIMB etc...), do they automatically permanently increase the credit limit without proof of income, or do you need to walk in to the branch and apply manually and submit supporting documents?

Meanwhile, for foreign bank, I manage to get a few permanent increases without submitting proof of income.
