Can i straight away cancel 1 of it or I still need to use?

Will having too many credit card affect my DSR when applying house loan?

Calculation on DSR is base on ur credit card usage outstanding balance x 5%. If you didnt use the limits,  it wont be affect ur DSR.

How is Cashback generally calculated? I pay off part of my outstanding balance before my statement is issued. So example:

Total spending: 3k
Outstanding paid before statement arrival: 2k
Statement balance: 1k

Will the cashback be calculated based on the 3k spending, or 1k statement balance?

Or is it better to just wait till statement arrives and pay lumpsum

I am working in singapore and my salary paid is by cash.
Just want to ask am I eligible to apply credit card in Malaysia? Try few times but always get rejected due to salary is cash paid, Althought I have the payslip and singapore income tax document.

Requested for temporary credit limit increase, with the reason for travel/hotel bills. Successful. But question is.... Would the increased amount can be charged for this purpose only? Like for specific merchant for fuel (e.g. Petronas, Shell), hotel bills (Sheraton, Hyatt) or it is does not matter? It is Maybank Petronas Visa.

Today I've walked in to Maybank to inquire about the documents I needed for credit card application. I told the guy that I'm looking to apply for Maybank 2 gold cards and without any explanation, he just told me go apply for the myimpact card? I just checked some information regarding the card, the cashback although is higher amount but the criteria for it is so limited "environmental friendly" businesses. I'm just really curious as to why he would just recommend that card to me as the annual income requirement is 6k higher than the Maybank 2 gold cards as well.

Also, I would like to know should I bring both my payslips as I have 2 incomes or I can just bring the one that is higher for the application? And as I have only worked for 8 months I don't have the EA form yet, would that affect the success rate of application?

Will appreciate any advice/insight given!
