And how come my outstanding balance = -RM3600..

is the -RM3600 is i owe them?

But i paid every single time i used.

Means you either made an overpayment via Cash Deposit Machine or you performed a Balance Transfer on your credit card to another Credit card.

You don't owe them the RM 3,600 per say. It's they owe you instead
