Any compact/mirrorless camera can take 4K video and decent photo shooting?Or getting a decent phone like S8/iphone?

gf9 is most affordable.
g7 is a little bit more with more functions for serious shooting.
lx100 came down in price i think.

I have a question , normally how to you guys claim warranty from an item if you purchase electronic stuff ? lets say android box ? I am pretty sure they dont have some sort of warranty card.

Besides , there are a lot of seller.How do we know whether they are reliable or just ran away like that not sending any item ? Trusted ?
