I have a question , normally how to you guys claim warranty from an item if you purchase electronic stuff ? lets say android box ? I am pretty sure they dont have some sort of warranty card.

Besides , there are a lot of seller.How do we know whether they are reliable or just ran away like that not sending any item ? Trusted ?

Sometimes they took down the entire page after the products OOS.It will direct back to their homepage.

this feature is nice and working perfectly but their search function need more improvements, things on COD option when search result indicate that the item no this COD option, very piss user here    seller abusing this function, half COD and half no COD.

i believe it's 1.5% for existing customers under electronic category. lol

after 10% off + 5% cashback + 1.5% shopback cashback it amounts to only RM319 for a 2TB Seagate Backup Slim Portable HDD. i believe this is a good deal as it is also fulfilled by lazada. one drawback is that it seems that rose gold color is entitled for this discount, not sure why though. here is the link again for those who are interested and is looking for an external HDD.

stupid Lazada, They sent an email asking for banking details. I replied ALL details and when I checked with CS today, they say they refunded through store credits. STUPID OR WHAT?

i also got store credits, only can use for 1 item.

im not sure about asus, but i bought 1 monitor, HP pavilion from lazada, its come with some backlight bleeding, and its 3 year waranty from hp..and complaint to HP, they check serial number, and later sent people to pick up my monitor at home..easier this way than buying from shop or seller waranty..

but then, hp workmanship kinda bad, still bleeding but abit more uniform. Will sent again later..haha

If manufacturer warranty no problem since you claim warranty directly from Asus.
If seller warranty then that's the downside of seller warranty. Can still bring to Asus service centre but they will charge lor.

Because the warranty is not official. They can identify from serial/imei number.
