just called them regarding my refund by store credit
i straight say i want to transfer to bank..no store credit..the cs say will sent email and later need me to fill the form in the email..i said already 2 email sent..still store credit, then sent email for what..the CS later ask for bank details, and say will refund by bank..will get email later if the refund start to process.. Good CS.... now waiting |
