Usually how long does it take for Lzd to refund? They say will refund since 5th but until now I haven't receive anything or any update.

Can I reject their refund and ask them to send me the goods instead by using the reason of taking too long process for refund?

Also, can I physically to go Gstore shop show them the tax invoice and ask for the stuff?

Yeah didn't get the email that they promised will send to update the status of the refund. Can we use this as our reason of we want to take the phone instead?

Just now msg to their live chat, they postpone the delivery date to 12/5. Not sure if is a good thing. My sorry voucher still not touched yet, fingers crossed to get the phone and return their sorry voucher.

this is how i do it.

1. download the shopback app. launch the lazada web app via the shopback app using your phone. (shopback gives you 1.5% cashback for electronics)
2. purchase the product using the lazada web app (do note that making your purchase using web app usually entitles you to more discount as compared to desktop. for example cimb gives 10% for purchases made via web app, while purchases made via desktop only gives you 5%. do also check if your product is eligible for the bank promotion, not all products are eligible).
3. CIMB cash rebate platinum mastercard gives you 5% cash rebate for online purchases (capped at RM30 per month). this is given on top of your credit card discount on point 2.

You might need to lurk hard for Maybank promo since i cant find any rm note4 with bank discount, only saw few of them during CIMB Monday it was sold out the next day.
