I have 1 pair of Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz high profile 8GB ram stick (4GBx2).
One of them happens to be faulty. (not able to boot mobo with one of them, I got 4 other sticks of DDR3 about total 6 sticks, so it is not mobo issues)
1. My question is when I send to RMA, I send only the faulty one? or I am required to send its twin "brother" pair?
2. Is it possible for request them to replace with low profile vengeance or they will just replace the exact high profile ones
3. Who is handling Corsair in Malaysia? or in Kuala Lumpur?
4. How is their RMA service quality? typically how long I can get back my RAM?
This is the first time I have Ram faulty in my life lol and the first time dealing with corsair.
