Anyone knows where to claim warranty from Corsair? rather than go to the shop

From Corsair website, they stated the RMA process will be sent to US. Is it true? .

Its truth, last time i send my Corsair performance ram 4 warranty (Cudo technologies) , it took me almost 1 month only reach US, how i know cause i email Corsair US and so far they still not yet received ... after tat i receive mail from Corsair saying they already received my ram and will replace a new 1 ship to my house. 3 days later i got my ram from DHL in front my door. My exsperience so far. Wonder how they ship from MY to US take 1 month + and US back MY only 3 days... LoL

lol, did u use DHL in the first place when sending over?
maybe the local distro uses normal snail mail, and with our "excellent" pos malaysia services, delay is expected.

I just used this form to check the cost of the posting to America, even 0.2 or 0.5 gram, it will cost you Rm 158.70. Can buy another 2GB stick RAM

Somone could clarify if the Corsair warranty process will take a month? or they have any services counter in Malaysia or nearest country?

Anyone having the same case like mine and willing to share your experience?

1 RAM slot of mine just died mysteriously today. Computer kept looping reboot.
Then I found out using memtest86 that 1 particular chip giving me 100% errors.

If claim is really 1month, then..gg. lol

i been doing RMA for my corshair RAM...i straight away poslaju that item to address given...but before that... i called them 1st...and FYI address given is an old address...the office had been move to same place but different number...u need to called the number 1st...

I think if i'm not remember mistakenly, isn't there 2 distributor for corsair ram? Have to check the ram is it from cudo first before to them though.

is corsair ram got many problem? last time i also bought 1 pair of corsair ram from LYN user... and after about 1 year its got a lot of problem...error..even i never o/c it..... my friend also got the same problem like me before this... and yesterday i just send it back to his for claim.. lucky it limited life time warranty.. next time i will not buy ram from corsair again..

Maybe those who get problem from corsair ram is just the lucky ones. I've been using it from ddr to ddr3 dominator also nvr had a problem once.

Yea, especially with electronics requires a little bit of luck as well. No manufacturing process can be 100% perfect, definitely will have some defective ones as well.

I bought a pair of Corsair DD2 gaming RAM, one of that is faulty even it is new one. You go figure their QC.

I got 5 pieces of Kingston RAM from the old SDRAM to DDR2, none of them giving me any problem.

Sorry to bump on old thread but can anyone tell me if I need the original receipt to claim warranty?

Seemed I lost the receipt. My PC failed to boot, after checking (swapping RAM with another pc) 1 corsair stick is the culprit

Just wanna update that CUDO Malaysia is no longer an authorised warranty centre for Corsair.

i use dotatech services to claim warranty
no need receipt, but need to pay some fees somewhat like 20-30 RM

Just to update, today Eternal Asia also no longer deal with Corsair.
Contact Corsair Convergent directly, they're located at Melia KL~ish opposite Berjaya Times Square there.

I stay in KL, Shopee dealer in Skudai Johor, duwan to send all the way there then they send back to Convergent, a bit stupid, postage on my own somemore.
Can pay RM15 to Convergent to bypass dealer and straight walk in to claim warranty.
