wow you didn't change ATF Fluid, flush+change brake fluid & power steering fluid & brake pads or change tyres?

well, it's only 5 years, nothing much to work on the engine other than, Engine Oil & Filter. i doubt ur engine needs cleaning if you say low mileage.

Engine Oil & ATF Fluid is recommended to change during recommended intervals, esp ATF fluid because automatic gears are fragile, engine oil if low tech engine can delay longer before oil change but ATF is not worth skimping because Gear repair is very expensive.

The tyres also needs replacement due to rubber aging. side walls might crack & puncture anytime.

you did not send ur car to SC during warranty periods?

lol GG TS the bau hangit is engine gasket burn smell , this kind of things usually a kerosene that mix with fuel when burning it create longer and more fire to burn off residue in the system if too much it gonna burn the insulation or piston ring oil seal or valve seal

its a 10 year old car. Last major in service center was 5 years back. After that just every 6 months change engine oil no other things. Because every 6 months pun like 2k mileage only.
Ya I think auto gear oil definately need to change d. Tyre also harden d, although thread still almost full but harden and crack d. Its my muns car only use to drive 2km to nearby giant. Thats all. Gear oil 5 years d will it be too late by now

check timing belts, aircon belt, alternator belts,
change battery if never change for 5 years,
rest like aircon no problem no need touch.

suggest u get a trusty workshop/tyre shop to do it.

if not later they tell u this broke that broke this need replacement that need change then problem.

send to Toyota SC if in doubt. it's just once every 5 years.
