your argument is really simple lol
i drink abit any alcoholic drink, not drunk so its halal right?
or if i everyday drink, got high tolerance, so i drink alot not mabuk, its okay too right>?
*
yes it should be simple
alcohol is easily evaporated
if alcohol is cooked, it lose its chemical properties that can make poeple mabuk
also small amount that not making people mabuk then ofcourse la not haram
anything any chemical is harmful at certain level
any chemical can be addictive, can be intoxicated, can be lethal at certain level
any level that can do that is ofcourse haram la
its not like any 1% alcohol in anything also haram
do we view alcohol like we view pig's and anything small thing from it as haram?

even pig have small amount needed to be in some vaccine for people going hajj is permissible
