hey guys, just wondering..

since i saw most shops mark-up the bike's OTR price so much more than the bike's basic selling price

so when you buy your bikes.. do you have to pay the whole bike OTR price?

or can you do the registration/insurance/roadtax on your own - so you just need to pay the bike basic selling price to the shop?
