My dad bought 2 blocks of fresh tuna from his fish supplier, said can make sashimi. But none of us have any idea on how to do that and not all go down to food poisoning. Anyone knows?

Hi there TS,
The safest way for sashimi is to freeze it first. 3-4 hours will do in the freezer to kill all the bacterias. And then you can serve it up with wasabi and soy sauce. Standard procedure even by top japanese restaurants. |
