Any changes should have inform customer with 20 days advance notice right? I rmb HelloGold is governed by BNM.. how come they can change without notice? Previously the fee already high, now they even inflate the fee secretly.. This doesn’t sound professional as a financial platform..

I am currently in level 4, which is RM 1=2 coins. Just bought RM 5 gold, sell at RM 4.86, which is 2.8% lost. 20 coins I gain (2x), if refer to RM 30 = 2610 coins, I have received 20/2610 x 30 = RM 0.229, RM 0.229/5= 4.58%, after minus 2.8% lost in transaction fee, I still gain 1.78% cash back.

it's ok, i rather keep the money in bank for ease of use rather keeping the gold in HG whereby value keep dropping down, again as i told, without Boost promo, i'm not gonna buy and sell gold and let u get instant 2.79% profit everytime and i bet most of us "loyal customer" buy and sell ur gold is due to Boost promo, so to make sure we keep giving 2.79% money to HG, hope u can have a good and long term relationship with Boost. Don't think it matters much as he will likely sell it off soon every time he buys.  Truth is its not easy to make $ from gold except only during certain times like market panic or usually people/professionals use it as a hedge or during promos.  Looking at the gold graph and other stocks graph will show that.

I've sold off my gold in HelloGold and haven't transferred out the $ to bank yet. Question is do we get any interest from the $ in Hello Gold and if so, what is the %?

actually it's txn fee 5.8% plus sales 2%
this is not an excuse of gold shortage and simply charge buyer for additional cost if you don't have enough gold
