does this mean we can play games in PS Now without valid ps+ account ?

PS Now requires its own separate subscription, independent of that to PS+. You do not need a PS+ sub to play anything from PS Now.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PlayStation_Now_games

not quite "almost every" PS4 games, current list are mostly older games, PSN or even shovelware
hardly any AAA games in it compared to Xbox Game Pass

PS3 games confirmed are still un-downloadable, no way the PS4 can emulate the PS3 games as it doesn't have the backward compatibility like the XB1

It's a good start, but IMO Xbox Game Pass still win by miles
*
Of course. The list grows every month and obviously they aren't going to ever put games that are not more than 6 months old on the list. But I think if we look at it in 2 years or so from now, when the PS4 starts phasing out - then it's really not illogical to see majority of the PS4 games available through PS Now.

99% HDMI cable issue. Get a high bandwidth HDMI cable.

Understand there is no such thing as a HDMI 2.0 cable btw.

belkin one has insurance coverage
but not sure anybody successfully claim

Good luck explaining to them. Do you know the amount of trouble and time needed to gather the prove that the fault isn't their surge protector so that they can pay you back your losses?

Also most people don't know that surge protectors don't actually protect your devices. It's not a wall at all.
Use logic, you really think an RM100 piece of plastic can arrest 1 million volts of surge?

I mean, look at it:

2 caps, 1 coil, a few transistors, shitty ass soldering job wanna arrest 1 million volts of surge? I think the luck to strike Jackpot Toto and Magnum on the same day by the same person is higher.

Few brands and quality to choose from, I go for the good one, Thermal Grizzly Kyronaut @ RM25 for the smallest pack, more than enough to get the job done

make sure you don't use the metal based thermal paste like Conductonaut, which might short your circuit if it over spilled
*
Been using Conductonaut for 6+ months now, no issues. It won't short if you apply some nail varnish and use some electrical tape on the transistors around the APU.

It sounds dangerous, but it's really not.
