I'm an international student interested in studying in Malaysia (because of financial reasons, and other reasons).. I intend to go for Chemical Engineering (undergraduate). What university is best? I've considered Curtin, Swinburne, USM etc.. Monash / Nottingham are too expensive. Are public universities like USM good, and is engineering taught in English there? What about Curtin / Swinburne? Please tell me, because I'm quite clueless.. Thank you!
Any other international students here, are there many international students in Malaysia? Are degrees from Malaysia recognised well generally, elsewhere?

The new rating system is different from SETARA. The former categorises universities as a whole using a tier system based on the Malaysian Qualifications Framework whereas D-SETARA assesses the quality of teaching and learning of a certain field of study only.
