I'm an international student interested in studying in Malaysia (because of financial reasons, and other reasons).. I intend to go for Chemical Engineering (undergraduate). What university is best? I've considered Curtin, Swinburne, USM etc.. Monash / Nottingham are too expensive. Are public universities like USM good, and is engineering taught in English there? What about Curtin / Swinburne? Please tell me, because I'm quite clueless.. Thank you!

Any other international students here, are there many international students in Malaysia? Are degrees from Malaysia recognised well generally, elsewhere?
