About grabshare:

1. Passenger 1 wan to go from location A to C, then another notification from passenger 2 waiting at position B who also wan to go to position C, it took me quite a while going to passenger 2, the passenger 1 are not happy about this because it takes more time to arrive to his destination.
2. Passenger 1 wan to go from destination A to B, but then passenger 2 wan to go from destination C to D, 2 different passenger from different pickup location to different destination.
3. Pickup 2 passenger, received a notification from passenger 3, going to fetch passenger 3, then passenger 3 saw there is another 2 passenger in my car, immediately cancel the request.

So to all grab passenger, yes grabshare is cheaper, but there is a consequences, if you guys are ok to wait for us go fetch another passenger, then fine, if you guys ok to share your ride with another stranger, then fine...
Don't ask why there is another passenger and why we going to other places...
This is real life, unlike the ads playing in radio, the passenger saying "hi" to each other, i never heard my passenger greets another, i only see grumpy and fear in their face...
Choose well, how much you paid is how much you get...

It called grabshare ma... car pooling.
But too bad. They only expect cheaper price but same like grabcar.

don't wait for more than 3min, if more than that u cancel and report to CS via phone call or email

I can wait, but not the passenger, 9 out of 10 grabshare passenger are pushy, they always said "drop me 1st, i'm in a hurry" while it is their cheapskate attitude to choose grabshare without knowing there will be another random passenger coming on board...
Imagine there is 3 person in 1 grabshare, then another 3 person also using grabshare, that is total of 6 person in my car, i'm not driving a van/mpv, for sure it won't fit in my car...
Conclusion: if you in a hurry /not a good in patience /not a sharing type, please use grabcar not grabshare, i have enough with their complaints and stupid question when ever i'm going to fetch another grabshare passenger

The algorithm of grabshare is chaotic

I took Grabshare in Singapore and the experience was great. Not sure about here but I think the general attitude of people here think they paid for the service and expect to be treated like King.

Fetched passenger A, "i'm in hurry, please drive faster and drop me 1st"
Fetched passenger B, "i'm in hurry, please drive faster and drop me 1st"

Can the Grab driver refuse to take Grabshare trips ?
I mean is it possible for you guys to opt out of this without affecting your AR ?

Nope

I got only 2 Grabshare trips that actually matched (without the second rider cancelling. lol.) It's okay so far.

1. PV2 to Tar college. McD nearby to Tar college. When contacted the PV2 passenger, she told me she actually waiting at McD. Hahaha. They are not friend by the way. Reached and 3 pax entering the car. Possible they already found each other prior to me reaching.

2. Ampang point to xxx. Another request also from ampang point to yyy. Told them I waiting beside KFC. first passenger enter. call the second passenger to hurry because got another passenger waiting. then the second passenger enter. first drop off point is about 15 mins drive. then second drop off point further away is another 15 mins. Acceptable.

I did received and fetch some reasonable passenger, but some only, the rest is really really difficult to handle...
By the way now the grabshare job are getting less, i think most of the passenger already knew the pro and con of the grabshare...

so far no matching grabshare trips for me.. always either one passenger only, or the 2nd passenger will cancel.

yeah i agree. The grapshare algorithm need to be improved. Right now it is messy as hell.

the whole point of sharing with other riders are already flawed and unfeasible ...should have just cancel the stupid idea ..
