My company hired 1 Uitm comp science degree holder. As a non native English speaker, his English is okay. However when it comes troubleshooting very technical problems which he is hired to perform, he will always ask how ah how ah without ownself doing some homework... Need everyone to spoon feed like crazy. Every step also want us to confirm can or not. Best of all, he is not a fresh grad. 30 years old chap.
I mean in uitm IT courses are promoting such spoon feed culture ??
