the maximum speed of u mobile 4g in my area only 34 mbps, i have terminate the streamyx that been use more the 10 yrs and use umobile data as hotspot

ok, finally get some real reply after waiting for 2 months since the 1st complain to Umobile & about 2 weeks after complain to MCMC.

Umobile customer relation said that the bad network connection & instability was due to a maintenance job being done in the area of old klang road.
now the work was just completed in April last month.

BUT why their maintenance job takes up to 4 months to complete    as i start having such problem since early January 2017.

then 2nd, i did oso complain of the turtle speed of internet, but in the reply NVR mention about it at all, only connection & instability problem.

are they blind    can't see the complain of turtle speed i sent before 

so last nite i made some speed test again with both 3G & 4G, once around 8.30pm another around 11.30pm

clearly they did nothing about the fucking turtle speed 

Guys I have been a loyal user to umobile prepaid (mainly free 1gb for my phone secondary sim, in case my primary celcom line have no internet)

Recently I buy UMI20 because I have extra credit, just to realise the internet speed is BLOODY TERRIBLE! KLCC area, on the train etc etc!!! Cant even open a page fast enough to read! Felt damn irritated, probably I should port it out!

Well I tested many areas in penang. Surprisingly the speed is good.

a) UM max 5 bars. Down 20Mbps, Up 18Mbps

b) D 3 bars. Down 21Mbps, Up 20Mbps

Haha was in transit so can only test transit areas. Anyway all my tests were done inside building or train. I'm too scared to test on the road. Later bangla rob me.

At bank negara KTM (my last stop for testing coz my MOBIFI bo batt after that)

D: Down 28Mbps, Up 26Mbps

UM: Down 8Mbps, Up 12Mbps
I'm at Sg.Buloh. But MOBIFI charging so can't test D.

UM: Down 8Mbps, Up 5Mbps
My experience so far. Didn't experience any congestion issue where page can't load. So far I'm able to play mobile legends at all the areas mentioned without having red ping. I test both telcos by switch off my mobile data or wifi.

Admittedly, D has better speed in KL compared to UM in Penang. But I'll continue testing in KL since my gf will be the one driving. Hahaha

I wonder if any Umobile user receive this kind of sms....
