I tried to "unsubscribe" myself but it keep coming back
I even contacted umobile costumer service,still issue not resolved

maybe UM staff sold customer details to 3rd party

that's a serious breach of P&C...

For a moment I thought I was in Digi thread.   

Last time almost 2 weeks no service..emergency calll only..haha..have to top up maxis for data and telecommunication..when using u mobile, i'll make sure to divert calls when unreacheable to my other number.

i made a report through 1318, live chat FB messenger, they kept ask me to manually serch network, lock to 3g only, swap the sim into another slot/phone bla bla..as my phone is the real culprit. i gave up and do nothing until network automatically ok (not so ok,only can make/receive call,internet like EDGE). Now i'm on DIGI, 80% 4G.

How do I switch to Umobile and keep my number? My mum wanna switch over to Umobile prepaid but their website does not show the option to "Switch" just "Upgrade". The upgrade option need to type in new sim card serial number all
