QUOTE(kurtlim @ Jun 4 2017, 12:02 AM) I'm considering to move some of my umobile line to another telcos. 2 of them have over RM300 prepaid credit each, how can I reclaim the credit? TIA Oh my... Why you accumulated your topup until that much? You can change from prepaid to postpaid, but the max cap to offset the amount from prepaid to postpaid is RM100. Besides this, I don't think you can't fully reclaim the credits. Unless, you spend that credit. You can use your credit to buy stuff from Google Play, such as apps (Play Store), movies (Play Movies & TV), BOOKS (Play Newstand), etc. http://www.u.com.my/plans/GooglePlayOr, you can buy game credits such as Steam Wallet or MOL Points. QUOTE(patrick94 @ Jun 7 2017, 11:56 AM) Plan to port into UMobile , current using Telco C But I heard that the coverage is not really good? How is everyone here feedback? Anyway im from Sarawak... Usually I don't advise people to port out from the big 3 telcos (either Maxis, Celcom and Digi) to U Mobile due to poorer network performance. But, if the main reason you chose U Mobile is because of the attractive plans and you're tight in budget and you want a "pay less but get more" deal, then U Mobile is your choice. But in terms of network performance (e.g. Coverage and Internet speed), U Mobile lose la... Of course, u can try U Mobile first. If you're not satisfied with their network, then port out to others lo. If you're satisfied, stick with it lo. This post has been edited by joshhd: Jun 7 2017, 03:06 PM
