Land clearing at cheras/bandar tasik selatan by mr, New housing project?

Anybody know the land clearing going out just by the side of Mrr2 at Bandar Tasik Selatan there, is it for a housing project? I know there is a theead about Aset Kayamas development on the other side, but not aware of this new one.
