- 1st is cheapest selling price and no other competitor can compete.
- 2nd is the most fuel saving and cheapest maintenance costs.

Whereas in Indonesia, Toyota cover mainstream segment in all levels.

Indonesia no proton and perodua, second this toyota model also very fuel efficient in it's category, plus can fetch 7 passengers. Sames things in Malaysia, if proton and perodua hopefully close shop in future, sure toyota is the best selling at that time period.

Don't complain underpower, we had no other choice, because 90% rakyat so poor, can't afford a car, even Axia E consider expensive already, less than 3% from people can afford installment below 3 years. 3 years above is a burden.That's no included other expenses and other primary factor is fuel costs every week increase!

Vios 1.5 G in MY RM 89,800 while the same in Philippines cost PHP 902,000.

It shows most Msians can't afford it, else would they prefer Axia over Vios or the like............. so Msia can continue syok sendiri saying our economy is better than other Asean countries......... the purchasing power of the citizens show otherwise.

Mana ada, I was there just a week ago, uber premium all the way, only got fortuner and sorento.

Fuel price there more expensive, their diesel on average php29/30 per litter, petrol in the 40+ range.

I was referring to local basic vs japanese brand (be it Toyota or Honda). Local people mostly can't afford better car, that's why many buy lowest basic car such as Axia, it shows our purchasing power is actually very low.
