Kampung where is sg, brunei, laos, cambodia & myanmar?
*
SG sales figure hard to ascertain, because the figure includes both official as well as grey models (JDMs).

However, Honda was #1 in 2016 in Singpaore.

Yeah, perodua's win in 2 major important where mostly Malaysian demand for everyday task.
- 1st is cheapest selling price and no other competitor can compete.
- 2nd is the most fuel saving and cheapest maintenance costs.  whistling.gif  whistling.gif

Manila fuel is more expensive, plus wage is lower than KL.

Shopping mall food in Manila also more expensive.

You may look in this way too.

http://asia.nikkei.com/Business/Companies/...ows-246-in-2016

In 2016, 359,572 cars was sold in Philippines.

http://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/govt...ustry-says-miti

580,124 cars was sold in MY.

But then, Philippine car loan maximum is 5 years, while in Malaysia, the maximum is 9 years.

In Philippines, pay 20% downpayment, maximum 5 years.

arghhh ...

it's not making sense,

- lower wages,

- higher fuel price

- worst traffic

- relatively taxing tolls

- lower repayment period.

and yet still more bigger car, and hardly any motobike.

seem like theyre doing something right?
*
It can be assumed those who can afford cars in PH is often richer than in MY.

This is because Philippine car loan often requires 20% downpayment with a maximum period of 5 years.
