QUOTE(neoardi @ May 26 2007, 12:04 PM) I think she means this typr of proxy method. Yes but it is not complicated at all if you have a little networking knowledge http://ps3mods.blogspot.com/2007/02/downlo...tion-store.html QUOTE(Ninja @ May 26 2007, 12:09 PM) I guess she's using the old method that was announced a few months ago, where you can download and install PS3 demo games from your PC through PC proxy server. I remember that they can download and install Gripshift full-game without paying for it. Just need to find the download link by monitoring the proxy server log. If it's okay with you (I mean LYN R&Rs) I can post the easy-to-follow tutorial here |

For all the Pirates BD owners, could you all check the region codes at the back of the cases? Because some online retailers put US region on their item (website description) but the actual items are region-free. My friend might want to bulk the US Pirates BDs but he has a European PS3.

Here they sell GBP 18 per title I've never seen any Pirates Blu-ray with only one region coding...It debut with all region coding...for all I know...though I might be wrong... |

QUOTE(neoardi @ Jun 5 2007, 10:55 PM) Yeah, very risky IMO. Ban the account, not the console What if your PS3 were banned from accessing PSN (like LIVE for modded X360) permanently? GOSH!!! I cant imagine it...... MS banned modded consoles only No harm trying unless you have bought loads of games from PSN store. You can always make a new account for some dirty works Added on June 5, 2007, 11:01 pmDidnt see your point about banning console.. Sorry This post has been edited by vorchiel: Jun 5 2007, 11:01 PM |

QUOTE(Xero800 @ Jun 7 2007, 03:57 PM) thanks for the info CrimsonHead! i see the prepaid AmBank Next G CC sold at 7-11, but the value's only like RM 25....where do you get higher value cards Thanks!! It depends on the games I think. I have a JP PS3, UK Resistance and UK MotorStorm.Added on June 7, 2007, 4:00 pmanother questions guys, regarding going online.... I have a US version PS3, will it automatically route my online participation to the US Servers? Or is it based on the game version that you use? So far, i have US version for RFOM, F1 & MotoStorm and i'm always on the US online game server site, no choice to see any Asian servers... For now, I will always be connected to JP server for Resistance online as it is console-region-locked eventhough I use a UK disc. In MotorStorm I can choose to connect either to EU server or AU/NZ server using a PAL UK disc. |
