can my normal CC purchase game from the US PSN store? Or onli those Ambank NextG card can do so onli?

So normal CC also working on US PSN. Let me conclude wat i understand here:
my normal Malaysia CC can purchase games from US and those game can be played on my Asia Console.

So i may as well tried to buy the tekken HD!!!

I cant get my Visa card to add funds into the US account, but i manage to add funds in my Singapore ID!!!

Same here no succeed for me too in US PSN Store.
But 1 thing is for sure, my HLB Visa Card can top up the wallet in SG Wallet, so i end up buying from Singapore. My address and everything was real just the country put Singapore onli.

I havent been able to update my newly purchase Resistance game since last Sunday. It just DC after a certain period of time.

I myself failed to purchase using CC from US PSN
And end up purchasing from SG PSN!!!

lol i think maybe the Streamyx broadband signal problem, last week i cant even update my resistance on9, reach 10% then disconnect, then i see my broadband router signal blinking. It was onli ok last Friday then played 2 hours Resistance on9 without DC.

How many server does this resistance have? Mine is Asia server.
