If u buy from developer, 99% will lose $$ in the future.

Johor property oversupply and rental market a lot of competition.

Do a bit of homework and you will know it's not a place for investment.

That being said, if u are looking for own stay, then u could get quite a good deal in auction market.

Biggest problem is: the immigration cannot even handle 1000 passengers every hour. So what is the use of high capacity rail link? To upgrade immigration to handle 10,000 traffic every hour, maybe will complete in year 2075

Hoping to get spillover from Singapore due to their increase in ABSD is like a ciku stall beside a famous durian stall hoping for better sales when durian price increase. lol

8 years ago, when they were marketing Forest city, they claimed that there will be a direct road to CIQ and dedicated immigration clearance for all owners

until today, still no sight of that dedicated lane.

Undersea tunnel to Indonesia?? LOL most probably will not happen for the next 30 years
