personally no need to kesian any buyers, especially those with so called loan compression.
whatever reasons given, ultimately it's one's own choices. each investment comes with its' own pros and cons, risk and reward. it is individual's responsibility to do own due diligence. make money time, got share with others? lose money time want to kaw bei kaw bu? nothing is a sure win. invest within one's capability and capacity. if one were to reason lack of knowledge, then educate oneself or worst case scenario, ab-f**king-stain from it! stay away from things one does not f**king know. plain and simple. many seasoned investors have long predicted a time will come where these overgeared investors will be exposed. guess the tide have finally subsided and we shall have more visibility in this hazy situation to see who's wearing underpants and who is not. |
