as it is I always say even if motorcyclists are in the right with respect to road law, if they get into accident they will always be the worse off.so keep that in mind.... obviously if the vehicle is incapacited even with tire puncture, you move it to the emergency lane la. aduh. dun say put in centre lane meh? as for motocyclist, eh dont you think if they are prone to injury, they should be more vigilant and careful when riding on the road? whats with the sudden lane splitting, and swerving left to right into every empty pocket of space around vehicles. not to mention running red lights and going opposite direction ? |

there are times its not possible to move the car anymore, thats why it's rolled to a stop at the emergency lane. (examples other than tire puncture like gearbox kaput, radiator overheat, engine shut down, some conti car more prone to such issues) |
