Its always dilemma for motorist whether to ride in emergency lane or the main lane. Emergency lane sometime will have danger from breakdown vehicle without proper signage, while at the main lane is too dengerous with the speed of other bigger vehicle.
the incident happened because they ride in a very fast speed (according to news article TS posted)even there's a car stopped at emergency lane, if you are riding in normal speed, it can be avoided
i will say speed kill (regardless u ride motor or drive car)
