As long as you are not using it for your selfish queue cutting

As long as you have a genuine reason to stop by the road side (be it you're lost, you have an urgent phone call, your car stalled, your tyre punctured... YOURE SUPPOSED TO BE AT THE EMERGENCY LANE).. no where else.

Emergency lanes are not catered only for police car, ambulance, fire trucks... And definitely NOT catered for motorcycles....

My question is very simple, what you mentioned was applied on HIGHWAYS ! HIGHWAYS get it? Jadi, if happened in JALAN DUTA, which is not HIGHWAY , does there any special party/assistance that a person can call for assistance other than own insurance?
