No, there is no law that stipulates that parties to an accident have to remain at the scene. But u have to report secepat mungkin.

When emotions are running high, staying there will only get yourself hurt or even killed.

Even I won't remain there, go to nearest balai ASAP.

I saw before, at Wangsa Maju. Estimate around 200 rempits, how I count?
My friend driving and we stop at the traffic light, the 1st car not even dare to move even our side traffic light turn green. We waited atleast 3rd time out traffice light tun green only move due to the rempit gangs still riding even in red light. So can you imagin, if the front car move and accidently bang 1 of the motor, what will happen?

Most likely, the story goes, car tire went flat, park on emergency lane,

EITHER go down to trunk to replace tire open door, "motorcyclist" collide with him.
OR already replaced tire, open door try to get in, then "motorcyclist" collide with him.

But judging from the video taken, and image of his tire put into the car bonnet, seemingly the fella got his tire replaced. Most likely he was done with tire replacement, pack stuff and go home. Get into car kena langgar one of fella. Hence, the Indian man was fleeing to trying to get "home/balai police station" safely.



But One video and image doesn't paint the whole scenario. I rather hear full reports by the policemen.

But, whatever race the bikers are, IF I get involved in an accident with a group of bikers, be it melei Rempits or indian bikers or even Jinjang Ah Beng bikers

A few years ago a few days before 31st Aug, I was driving at night in Danau Kota.
It was not very late, maybe 8 or 9pm.

Suddenly a large group of bikers appeared.
Making a lot of noise and smoke.
Some of them was holding UMNO flags.
I also couldn't move until they had gone.

lol. Chill no need to be triggered tho.
Getting "messed" with Kaum Rempit from any "difference in race", is always a bad idea.
But those behaves like Rempits, Mabuk Pandu, High ones. Those anyone will need to fear for, if they triggered become SJWs.
