CIMB IBG normal transfer to Maybank

Hi,
I just wanna ask, my supplier sent refund money from her cimb bank to maybank using IBG normal transfer on 8th April Saturday 1:03am. She sent me the sc of the transaction it says "accepted for processing" but I still haven't receive it until today. When I ask her to check the transaction from her account, the status is Pending. Does anyone know why? And what should I do? |
