hi, want to ask, how is the late payment fee calculated. my statement balance is 3200 and i only paid 1200. ergo, ill be missing 2000 payment for this month.
also, are there any additional charges for ezy payment plan? i currently have 1 ongoing installment but its covered by the 1200 i paid already, yes?

Mine increased automatically. Minimum for Plat was 15k according to the officer, I got it and subsequently I applied another CL increase three months after that. So I guess if your current CL has achieved that, it may not increase another round. I came from RM 10k.

Differences can refer to post #1. Mainly is the travel insurance which is not important for me because I have company's travel insurance or will buy my own travel insurance when I travel for leisure. The coverage is pretty limited last I read in this thread.

However, I only appreciate the higher CL increase and also the shared hotline with VS cardholders. Can skip all the selections compared to calling its general line. The dedicated hotline itself justifies the upgrade, at least for me.
