hi would like to ask whether its still a good time to apply for the M2C cards?
would like to use it mainly for cashback on groceries, petrol and the visa/amex for hotel overseas (business purposes). |

Hi can someone explain the change from 8.88% to 15%? What does it mean to me as a consumer? Sorry just trying to get more info.
