I would say the same.
Previously my 1st Gen Myvi had the fan motor breakdown and engine totally stall in the middle of road.
Even tho the AirCond radiator in front of the Engine radiator and the air were passing thru the Aircond before Engine while cruising.
The engine heat is high enough that it would pass to the front radiator & making the aircond unable to blow cool air because of excessive heat.

Since that Bezza have the same fan setup, i would say it will work similary.
So for your case that the fan motor is working perfectly, but if the engine heat is too extreme you will notice the aircond will get hotter.

That happened to my old Myvi tho.
I was cruising down the road around 60-80kmh i think.
The coolant hose exploded, water totally vaporized and the car start to jerk then i straight away stopped the car.
The hose failed 1st under the pressure before the engine failed.
So its not really the engine overheat and jammed the piston.
In the end i was lucky didnt have to overhaul the engine and ran smooth for 2 years until i trade in.

Yup, very lucky that time.
When cruising the time, the AirCond is getting hotter so i thought its was the AirCond breakdown again, as usually it has problem every 12months and then i have to service again.
So was thinking maybe another few days only go for AirCond maintenance but didnt notice the Engine Temp Gauge.
Nowadays, when ever i feel the aircond is not cool enough will always look for the Engine Temp Gauge.
Also forgot to mention, that time i was driving around 8-9pm so would consider quite cold outside but not raining la.

I would not dare to say that a broken fan while cruising will have the same affect as a stationed car with working fan.
But i do believe that the heat from engine will transfer over to aircond even if there is air flow from the front thru radiator & into the engine.

if you looking for safety, persona.
if you looking at reliability....... i'm neutral. maybe perodua reliability is slightly better in certain parts.

if you looking for build quality, I don't think bezza is vios level build quality either. To make things even more sour, vios build quality wasn't that nice afterall.

no worries bro, i mean no offence. as bezza and persona have their own strengths so it's not that easy to make a choice to be honest.
