Anyone of you facing your NS has slightly bending? Is this normal ?

You make a nintendo id and you can pick the region and change them at any time. Unlike PSN you need to make a new ID but Nintendo you can change it with a few click. But if there is some balance in wallet i think that will be gone. So most who buys from multiple region has multiple accounts for each region. Mostly I know has US and Japanese account. Some has EU as well. You can sign in a lot of accounts on one Switch and play all the games on it. Pretty handy.

my GF juz gotten the switch for me. HKD 2380 = SGD417.80 = MYR1, 293.22!!!! with 1 free case and 1 free game (Mario Odyssey!!!)   
the Mario Odyssey bundle edition is only at SGD515 after conversion, but went for normal console only as gotten the pro controller as well at SGD80 

to purchase games on eshop, do i simply go into my account online and change my country to USA? then after purchase...change it back to Malaysia?

Ya. I don't want to risk it, so no Netflix or Hulu for me (on the Switch) until there's a really good proposition for value.

new owner of Switch here. since there's no e-shop for malaysia and/or singapore, which account region should i use? for instance, my copy of xenoblade 2 states that its was designated (?) for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Singapore. would the DLC downloaded from e-shop US works with this?

i do know that switch is not region-lock, but this is coming from someone who own playstation console where i need to download DLC from the same region as the game itself. thanks.

Currently in a dilemma in whether to jump the gun and get myself one. So, I'm hoping to hear some feedback from you guys.

Which game made you guys went ahead and bought the device? After finishing the game, did you manage to find anything else interesting to play?

I own a PS4, so the main reason for me to get the Switch is the switch exclusive titles and portability. As of now, the only games that has my attention now is BotW, Pokken and maybe Stardew Valley. I don't think I'll enjoy 3D platform games like Super Mario Odyssey or Splatoon 2 (both are highly rated on the Switch). I'm just worried that once I have it and completed 1-2 games, the Switch will be collecting dust at a corner given that the functionality is pretty much limited to gaming. Please advise, thanks!!!
