Why you think your account will be banned if you purchased legally from eshop? You can create up to 8 accounts. NS will ban your console together from the account that suspended.

This link you provided is jailbreak version of NS. The seller ringfit is OEM version too. Only the player is original and cracked to play all NS free games your like. I not sure how this seller go with the games. Some seller will provide you the method and link to download all games as you like. Will teach you how to update your console include games.
